Their average age was (19-21) years, regular and regular for the academic year (2015-2016).

They were tested in the skills of receiving and defending the stadium with volleyball.

The sample was divided into two groups, the first experimental experiment Moon reception skill and then defend the pitch skill, and the second officer to learn to defend the pitch skill and reception skill volleyball.

The results of the study showed significant differences between the tests of tribal and remote and for the benefit of remote tests in learning skills and groups, but did not show significant differences between the groups (experimental and control) in the defense test of the stadium.
