Abstract EN

In the State of Paradise Lost, the poetry was not confined to writers, poets only but also a lot of persons in the field of jurisprudence, religious scholars and laymen dealt with it as well.

And the current paper is about a poet that we received small pieces of information about him from some old and modern references with regard to Andalusi Literature.

However, he was a well-versed poet and glorious one as well as a man of jurisprudence.

His name is Ali Bn Abdullah Bn Ali Whose nickname is Abi AL-Hasan AL-Oustaji due to the city of Oustaja where he was born and brought up in it.

Besides, he made all his poems describe the beauty of the nature where he glorified AL-Mighty Allah for such amazing beauty.

Moreover, the paper intentionally mentioned the manifestations of the beautiful nature that were dominated in his short stanzas of limited poetic verses.

And the paper highlighted the most important artistic and objective manifestations in the poems of the poet and man of jurisprudence concerned.
