The item of educational research principles is one of the basic lessons that benefit the students of fine Arts Institute for the important role in molding the students mind on the required methodology through teaching the student how to limit their goals, and drawing the steps to achieve them, in addition to gaining several required skills to avoid many difficulties and studying situations.
Because of the importance of achievement, specialists have worked to find means that paved the way for interaction of the learner to reach the needed results.
This study aimed at knowing the effect of S.

strategy in achievement for the fourth grade of Fine Arts Institute in the lesson: Educational Research Principles.
In order to verify the research objectives, the researcher formulated the following hypothesis: There was no statically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group and the average score of the control group in the achievement test.
In order to verify the validity of this hypothesis, the researcher conducted an experiment that took semester and the following procedures were adopted The experimental design was chosen for the experimental and control groups, the sample consisted of 55 students who were randomly assigned to two groups: The experimental group is taught using the S.
N.
I.
P.
S.
strategy with 27 students while the control one was taught adopting the ordinary method with 28 students.
The scientific material was identified in the first and second chapters of the book: The Principles of Educational Research.
After completion of the research requirements, the researcher applied the experiment in the first course of the academic year 2018/2019.
After obtaining the results, the result statically treated using descriptive statically methods such as Scattering, Centralization and Correlation, Coefficients, Indicative Tests including T- Test and Kai Square.

strategy in teaching has the positive effect on achievement because the students in the control group outperformed the achievement test
