In this paper, we investigated the rheological properties of xanthan cellulose gum(Xn) dissolves in distilled water for different concentrations (0.1 , 0.2, ..., 0.8)% g/mL before and after adding (0.25) g of (TiO2) for each concentration.
The rheological properties such as shear viscosity have been practically measured, but relative viscosity, specific viscosity, reduced viscosity and viscosity average molecular weight have been calculated, all the viscosities depend on density and concentration.
The results show that adding (TiO2) led to increase the values of all types of viscosities before and after adding(TiO2).
