Illegal immigration has many types at the international level, including labor migration, forced migration, mixed migration and migration through international Gangs of organized crime.

Each with its own human and legal specificity, despite its participation in the general rules of migration under international law.

The distinction between illegal migration and migration makes it possible to distinguish between human migration and criminal migration and thus determine the legal responsibility of each.

Despite the existence of illegal immigration on humanitarian Reasons, which concern the search for work or the seeking of safe haven, there is inhumane treatment of this type of migration from most of concerned States, starting with procedures of non-reception, detention, expulsion, trial and the imposition of unjustified sanctions on the migrant , And that violation of the rules of public international law and international humanitarian law.

This search will be divided into an introduction, two topic, and a conclusion.
