This research conclude that the education is a network operation this how the experts think, the network means any educational goal don't be achieved unless a complete formatting between the educational institutions, the school, the educational management and supervision, with another social, cultural, guidance, and economic institutions.

That's help the rapprochement of opinions to achieve the goals required from the educational operation through a completed goals process to educate a complete human being participated with all society, because the educated person should undergo to an extended educational operation that continue in the same goals of school and out of it which is the surrounded environment of the learner.

By this we can keep a continuous educational level to built the fruitful person, so this education has a dynamic and steam.

These effected by the existing situation, and in the same time he is able to change this situation and improve the society.
