English Abstract

Islam views women as playing a family role primarily as mothers, sisters and wives, and they share men's responsibilities in life.

In a number of times and places, many Muslim women have emerged in the political, judicial, commercial, cultural and social spheres.

The Muslim women participated in the first society, but to a certain extent, Islam is a religion compatible with nature and does not cost a soul except its power.

Islam has assigned men and women to establish the pillars of religion, and some of them have dropped women temporarily, some of them always drop.

In this division, Islam has distributed work between men and women, each according to its ability, and this is confirmed by social studies at present.

The two researchers reached a number of proposals to promote the work of women and the most important is to reduce the number of days for women, so that the woman works three days a week only with the reduction of salaries, in this survival of women in her home as long as possible, and the provision of jobs on the other hand, It is optional, Another suggestion is the home office, an idea for women who wish to do some work at home or do small investment projects while at the same time caring for their families.

This type of work is widespread in America and Europe.
