English Abstract

This study is based on the premise that the family is influenced by the role of women in contemporary society, which seeks to achieve sustainable development, which can only be achieved through the process of change.

And the role of "sustainable development" in creating the mechanisms of human change desired.

The process of advancement of women is through the process of empowerment and self-reliance and awareness and the ability to make decisions.

Building power means that the empowerment of women is the key factor in creating and sustaining change and development in society.

On this basis, the building of power goes beyond the traditional concept associated with means of production to control the intellectual resources such as knowledge and information and the ability to introduce and use new ideas, ie capacity building, which in turn strengthens the family concept and the role of women in the family.

The essence of empowerment is the firm desire for change.

Through the willingness of women to accept change on the one hand and provide the foundations of change and its data in society on the other.

Therefore, the mechanisms of the work of the community institutions must be compatible with the process of empowerment.

From the sociological analysis of the concept of empowerment, we seek to develop a vision for its contribution to the development of family building through: 1.

Promoting gender equality and eliminating gender-based discrimination in labor markets in developing societies is a necessity to support development.

Develop and implement policies to eliminate the gender gap in literacy, education, training, health and digital illiteracy, all of which are essential for women to develop the skills they need to enter the labor market in their entirety.

3.

Establish institutions, centers or bodies to support the participation of women in public affairs is essential for their empowerment.
