The revolution of information and technologies that the modem world is witnessing is not enough to encourage them to move, and not only to guide and adapt to them as if the decisions that I found final to change them, but we have to fix them, or choose an alternative and run in the directions we want, and make it go, He has a tremendous power to do what he wants and control what he wants to do, but he does not know how to use this enormous power, and his lack of use can cause enormous risks.

As the curricula play an important role in the success of the educational system which is affected by the political, economic, social and cultural conditions and the effects of the historical process, it is necessary to study these situations and influences and choose them in light of perceptions and trends that determine the reality and future of the society for which we work.

Therefore, most countries of the world have engaged in communicating with scientific developments by finding the latest education methods for their citizens and the most developed in order to prepare them for the 21st century by designing their own curricula and providing the necessary resources for educational policy makers and curriculum designers to deal with the great expansion of knowledge when making the necessary decisions about the content of education and making it available to all.

In order to achieve continuous development.

However, curricula in most Arab countries, including Iraq, have been subjected to a kind of lack of care.

They have been copied mostly from the curricula of foreign countries, despite the similarities in the educational systems of most Arab countries due to cultural factors.

Played a role in shaping the systems of most of the curricula established in the Arab educational institutions and in a way that does not serve their interests.

Therefore, all specialists, especially curriculum developers, should study the materials and decisions that correspond to the variables and interact with the environment, because the development of curricula is the basis for each evolution and nucleus, progress and change because it is a continuous and unexpected process at a certain limit.

This is necessary to keep up with the successive scientific explosions in their field of work which require them to assimilate and translate their theoretical aspects into practical formulas as required to acquire the important qualifications in their specialization.
