his research is an academic study conducted by the researcher and tagged (Islamic law and its impact on the preservation of the rights of the child), To demonstrate the importance of Islamic law, whether in light of the verses of the Holy Quran or the hadith of the Great Prophet (Peace be upon him and his family), Islamic law has affirmed that the rights of the child must be fulfilled, Where the stage of childhood is the stage of construction and establishment, And the need to take care of it and prepare it right, To rank in the ranks of virtue to be a good person.

These rights are a natural entitlement approved by Islamic law.

And its stakeholders, whether they are parents or other relevant institutions to ensure their implementation.

The need for research divided it into three axes; the first axis deals with the child's right to choose the parents, and the second right of the child in Islamic law in care and attention since its inception.

The third is the child's right to Islamic law in education.

Perhaps one of the most important results was the child's great status and great importance in the Islamic Shari'a, which guarantees him the right to grow up in good parents who are protected from all that may be inflicted on him by those who have been harmed and lead a healthy human life.
