Abstract EN

The research aims to identify the foundations of the educational and psychological theory in the designing the electronic content and it's learning.

To achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive method was adopted by using the content analysis method and the adoption of unit theme to reach ideas and opinions related to your search.

Based on the results of the analysis content, was reached to determine the theoretical foundations for each theoretical direction of the theories in the theoretical framework (behavioral - Constructivism -cognitive -symbolic interaction - communication), after that there was a show to employ these principles in the design of e-courses ,and has also been reached to a compromise view between theoretical direction in the designing of e-courses, it was concluded several steps to assist in the preparation and design of e-courses to represent the view of complimentarily among theoretical directions identified in the theoretical framework.

Based on the results of the study, was reached to many recommendations and proposals.
