The rapid changes, the technological developments and the cognitive explosion exceeded expectations and overshadowed all areas of life.

Most countries realized that survival requires preparing individuals with special competencies, enabling them to deal with the flow of knowledge, the use of technological innovations, the acquisition of scientific thinking skills, The development of education has thus become imperative.

Positive education has become a major goal of the educational development process, and the goal of this goal is to transform the educational process from the negative reception of the student from the teacher to the positive participation of the student involving understanding and persuasion rather than through conservation and indoctrination.

The technology that has entered all aspects of life has also entered the field of education , And imposed new requirements of educational systems.

The aim of this study is to highlight the concept of technological innovations and their role in promoting the use of modern methods in the teaching of socialities through many educational applications in which these techniques can be used to improve the educational process and develop them according to different styles and strategies.

To answer the study questions according to the descriptive approach, the researcher follows the analytical syntactic approach as a way to identify the study axis in its part of the technological innovations.

The researchers reached a major result: " Iraqi educational educational institutions do not apply technological innovations effectively".

In light of this finding, the researchers made several recommendations, including: The need to equip all secondary schools with the possibilities that allow -the use of educational technology innovations Holding training courses for all teachers, through which they are updated -on the use of teaching techniques The importance of a plan to overcome the obstacles that limit the - application of technological innovations in education
