Targeting current research to identify the Intellectual rumination of the With special needs of physically handicapped category and the significance of the differences in Intellectual rumination With special needs of physically handicapped category depending on variable gender (males-females), the total sample (300) Physically disabled, by (183) males and (117) females from the city of Baghdad, has been used researchers means of statistical data processing where used (t.test) for one sample and (t.test) for two samples independent and Pearson correlation coefficient to extract the reliability coefficient, has reached researchers to the following conclusions that The respondents suffer from Intellectual rumination, and that the statistically significant difference between the average female physically handicapped degrees and the average male physically disabled degrees in Intellectual rumination scale, research has reached a number of recommendations and proposal.
