تعد مهنة التدريس واحدة من المهن الضاغطة لما تنطوي عليه من مسؤوليات و واجبات تفرضها على المدرس و التي تسبب له العبء و الثقل والتوتر الناتج عن سوء ظروف العمل لذلك سوف نحاول في هذا الفصل التعرض إلى موضوع الضغوط المهنية في مجال التدريس ثم نبرز أهم النماذج النظرية المفسرة لضغوط العمل و مصادر الضغوط المهنية بصفة عامة بالتركيز على مصادر الضغوط المهنية لدى المدرسين و أهم الآثار الناتجة عنها

The teaching profession is one of the most pressing professions because of the responsibilities and duties that it imposes on the teacher, which cause him the burden, the weight and the tension resulting from poor working conditions, so we will try in this chapter to tackle the subject of professional pressure in the field of education and then to highlight the most important theoretical models that explain the pressures of work And the sources of professional stress in general, focusing on the sources of professional pressure among teachers.

La profession enseignante est l'une des professions les plus pressantes en raison des responsabilités et des devoirs qu'elle impose à l'enseignant, qui lui causent le fardeau, le poids et la tension résultant de mauvaises conditions de travail, nous allons donc essayer dans ce chapitre d'aborder le sujet de la pression professionnelle dans le domaine de l'enseignement et ensuite mettre en évidence les modèles théoriques les plus importants qui expliquent les pressions du travail Et les sources de stress professionnel en général, en se concentrant sur les sources de pression professionnelle chez les enseignants.
