Abstract EN

This study tries to address the role that small and medium enterprises can play in economic development in Algeria, as the state relies on it in order to be an alternative to the rentier economy because oil is a wealth that does not last, and Algeria possesses the ingredients for the advancement of its economy, as the state has allocated a very large financial envelope and a system In order to actually support the existence of these institutions and their impact on the economy in various forms, among them we find the National Agency for Supporting Youth Employment, which had a major role in establishing these institutions, but do the procedures that it followed and the funding that it contributed to these institutions reflects its economic success In practice, therefore, the study focuses on the relationship between this agency and the institutions that were established and the extent of their contribution to employment, reducing unemployment rates and developing the Algerian economy.
