It is not a coincidence that leaders and managers are not content to stand outside the walls of their organizations to monitor what will happen, but rather to strive in the forefront to obtain information and everything related to it as a synonym for the bets of power, in order to improve levels of quality and competition, at the level of every business organization, especially if it is dotted with ethical values that guarantee the integrity of dealing, credibility of information, as well as its use in legitimate ways.

Here we can say that the more the economic intelligence activity is saturated with fair principles and is practiced in legal frameworks, the more it achieves its essential goals and establishes the parameters of: transparency, responsibility, accountability, which condemns the need to adopt a code of conduct and business ethics in governance.
