Abstract EN

The development of the modern economy depends on its ability to embrace knowledge as human and material capital so that the economy is a product of knowledge rather than merely a consumer.

This economy has a competitive role in the global knowledge market and is a driving force in the new economy.

This cannot be achieved without openness and familiarity with the mechanisms of the modern world economy and changing traditional concepts based only on the development of material wealth.

The new strategies are based on the development of human resources based on science and knowledge as one of the basic elements of economic development events.

Knowledge management requires the formation and preparation of qualified human cadres to undertake the tasks of producing knowledge and marketing and transforming them through human investment as the most valuable and more valuable human and has the ability to develop its productivity and its ability to create, and innovate if there is an environment conducive to it.
