English Abstract

The human development concept of modern and contemporary means to finding solutions to the problems associated with human life public its image, as it began the concept of human development is evident after the end of World War II and exit of the countries that participated in the shocked human and economic devastation and massive private moneylosing states war.

Then it began the evolution of the concept of economic development and human development Oakpha appearance to the speed of development to achieve the completion of the speed out of the dark tunnel destruction and devastation of the country because of the wars.

It is this history the United Nations began pursuing human development with poor countries policy to help them out of poverty afflicting like what was done with both: Bangladesh, Pakistan, Ghana, Colombia and many other countries, taking advantage of the country experiences that have become advanced to follow this curriculum .

The evolution of the concept of human development to include many areas, including: development (Aladarih- f educational and political - and cultural), and the human being is to be the common denominator in all the above areas.
