This study was conducted in the project of developing orchards and medicinal and aromatic plants of the Karbala Agriculture Directorate during the summer agricultural season 2019, to study the effect of spraying anti-transpiration Vapor Gard (Di -1-P-Menthene) with four concentrations 0, 1, 2 and 3%, while the second factor, it was sprayed with total amino acids at three levels 0, 3, and 6 gm.

L-1 and interaction between them on growth, yield and some qualitative indicators on the sweet pepper plant California Wonder variety, and its content of capsaicin compound, the study was a factorial experiment using R.C.B.D.

with three replicated, the averages were compared using the Range Test Duncan's Multiple at a probability level of 0.05.

The results could be summarized as follows: - traits of yield: the results showed that a significant increase in the indicators of yield when spraying anti transpiration at a concentration of 3%, as the results for each of the number of leaves reached 302.90 leaf.plant-1 , length of the main root to 22.91 cm , the leaf content of total chlorophyll to 87.54 mg.

100 g 1 fresh weight, the number of fruits to 34.33 fruits.

Plant -1 , fruits size to 131.26 cm3 .

Plant -1 , yield per plant to 2.01 kg.

Plant-1 and total yield to 16.89 tons.

Ha-1 , respectively, compared to the lowest values in the control treatment.

As for the foliar application of the total amino acids, was recorded at the level of 3 g.

L-1 significant increase in most studied vegetative growth traits, plant height reached to 67.28 cm, number of leaves to 285.74 leaf.

Plant-1 ,the total paper area 239.50 cm .plant-1 ,the vegetative of dry weight to 202.91 gm.

plant-1 , the main root of length to 23.11 cm, the dry weight of the root to 24.38 gm.

plant-1 , the leaf content of total chlorophyll to 85.40 mg.100 gm-1 fresh weigh, Fruit weight 61.54 g.

Fruit-1 , fruit size to 127.32 cm 3 .

Fruit -1 , respectively, compared to the lowest values in the control treatment.

Interaction had a significant effect on most of the studied traits.

- Qualitative traits of fruits: The treatment of spraying with anti-transpiration at level 3% showed the highest fruit content of carbohydrates amounted to 2.92% and ascorbic acid 126.59 mg.

100 g-1 fresh weight and the protein percentage to 0.87% compared to the control treatment, the spraying of total amino acids increased significantly at level 6 g.

L-1 , as ascorbic acid which reached to 118.55 mg.

100 g -1 fresh weight compared to the control treatment, while spraying amino acids did not significantly affect the fruit content of carbohydrates, nitrates, and capsaicin compounds, whereas the interaction had a significant effect on the most of the studied parameters
