Comparing the effect of adding an antitoxin (mycofix plus 5.0)‎ and the feeds toxin binder (house plus; minzel plus)‎ on two types of imported yellow corn and some productive traits of broiler chickens (ross 308)‎

The research was conducted in the poultry field of the Animal Production Technologies Department at Al-Mussaib Technical College for the period from 9/27/2019 to 1/11/2019.

to the aim of studying and comparing the effect of adding an anti-feed toxin (Mycofex) and feeds toxin binder (Minzel Plus) on two types of imported yellow com with different concentrations on some productive traits of broiler- type Ross 308 and fed on Ukrainian and Argentine com types, The 540 chicks were used in the research, one day age and the chicks were distributed randomly to ten experiment treatments in equal numbers (54 chicks for each treatment), and by two replicates each treatment (27 chicks/replicate ) using first; On the Ukrainian yellow com with the addition of the Minzel Plus in two concentrations of 1 and 2 kg.ton'1 of feed or by adding the Mycofex in two concentrations of 1 and 2 kg.ton'1 of feed as well, as designed secondly; on Argentine yellow com, with two control treatments, without adding a Link or anti-feed toxin .Feed treatments were mixed and prepared to cover the nutritional needs of birds, according to the Rose Needs Guide, in which it followed three life stages, ( The starter diet from 1-14 days of age, and a growing diet from the age of 15-28 days, and a final diet from 29 days of age until the age of marketing) using a special Dutch electronic program (BEST MIX) in mixing relationships to supply and cover these needs.

The results of the productive traits of body weight, weight gain, feed consumption and food conversion factor showed that Ukrainian com used in diets, whether without addition or with the addition of 1 kg or 2 kg.ton*1 of feed from Minzel Plus or adding 1 kg of Mecofex to it, It achieved a significant increase ((P <0.05) in the body weights of birds compared with other treatments, as for the average of weight gain.

The results showed a positive effect for the Minzel Plus, as well as for the Mecofix, whether at low concentration (1 kg.ton'1 feed) or at high concentration (2 kg.ton'1 feed), respectively, on the weight gain rates of birds fed on Ukrainian com compared to Argentine com that The lowest values were given when adding Mycofix antitoxin at a concentration of 2 kg / ton of feed.

The effect on feed consumption was also withdrawn, and the best food transfer efficiency was when using Ukrainian and Argentinian com and adding to the Minzel Plus with a concentration of 1 and 2 kg.ton'1 of feed, while Mecofex showed less effectiveness in Argentine com than it is in Ukrainian com at a concentration of 1 or 2 kg.ton*1 of feed.

Thus, the results came according to the toxic pollutants contained in the com species, the best results were obtained when using the Minzel Plus with a concentration of 1 kg.ton*1 of feed when using Ukrainian and Argentine com, while the antagonist was better in its high concentration with the Ukrainian through the responses of the broiler rose 308.
