Abstract EN

The study consists of two sections and a conclusion in which the results were mentioned.

The first topic was entitled: Introduction of the Study, in which the researcher presented the problem of study and its importance and the aim of the study which is understanding the rule of status in the Treatise On Rights (Risalat al-Huquq) by Imam Ali Zaynul Abidin (peace be upon him) to benefit from such understanding in peace and social coexistence and psychological guidance.

The study is limited to the text of the forty-nine right of Treatise On Rights (Risalat al-Huquq) by Imam Ali Zaynul Abidin (peace be upon him), namely: - The Right of the People of your Creed- based on the analytical approach to achieve the aim of the study.

While conclusion presented a clarification of the concepts of study, the second section of the study specializes in revealing the rule of status in the Treatise On Rights (Ri-salat al-Huquq) by Imam Ali Zaynul Abidin (peace be upon him), and the study arrived at the following results: •The researcher arrived at the rule of status from the text of the right number forty-nine The Right of the People of your Creed - from the Treatise On Rights (Risalat al-Huquq) by Imam Ali Zaynul Abidin (peace be upon him); to benefit from it in establishing peace and social coexis-tence and psychological guid¬ance and that was meant to make each Muslim as akin as a member in your own fam¬ily, such as the father, son, brother and mother, accord¬ing to what they deserve from the status of the succession metaphorically not actual¬ly speaking, as the legislator Imam Alsjad (peace be upon him) - envisioned.

• The rule of status in its applications has spanned four categories of the Islamic community: 1.

To place the elders of the Islamic community in the status of a father.

2.

To place the children of Muslims in the status of your son or daughter.

3.

To place your Muslims of your age in the status of your brother or sister.

4.

To place older Muslim women in the status of your mother.

The result of this rule (although it is metaphoric and not actu-al) lies in the fact that it has great importance and a great impact on the mind of the in¬dividual Muslim as it promotes the sense of responsibility towards the members of the Islamic community and also restrain whispers of aggres-sion against them, as well as helping the Muslim individual to control their behavior, and maintain their psychological and social health, and protect them from problems emerging from others who suffer from psychological and social dis-eases.

Additionally, the rule of status is very important in lift-ing injustice and reducing the violence and conflicts in the Islamic community, and the production of a Muslim com¬munity that respects peaceful co-existent one that is virtu-ous and brotherly if such rule is appropriately applied.
