The right year, taking into account the effects of his time, which was characterized by change and the dangerous and alarming events that confronted him after he took the reins of the rule of the tyrant Maaouiya abn Abi Sofian , imam al- Hassan stood firm and attentive to political and social matters.

And economic so that he can run the country with genius based on the Holy Quraan and the Holy Sunna, and when browsing the sermons of Imam al- Hassan as we do not find a text that is devoid of Qur'aan witness text It consisted of an introduction, a preface and two demands, which dealt with the first requirement of the quotation from the Holy Quraan, which included two things, the statement of the percentage of the Qur'aan witness and the function to which he came out, while the second order included not stating the percentage of the Qur'aan witness and the function to which he came out, and the second requirement.

In it, we discussed the inclusion of the Qur'aan meanings and functional purposes that came out to him, and the two demands preceded a preface in which the definition of the witness in the language and the convention was discussed understandably, and then we concluded the research with the most important conclusions we reached, relying on a number of sources and refer-ences related to the sermons of the Imam.
