Abstract EN

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between Proximity Strategy and Knowledge Bases in Teachers Union - Babylon Branch, and the importance of this research includes a rare studies that investigated the relationship between Proximity Strategy and Knowledge Bases..

Based on the random sampling, 98 questionnaires were distributed to employees at Teachers Union - Babylon Branch.

Only 97 questionnaires were returned.

Out of which 94 questionnaires were usable resulting into a response rate of 96%.

The theoretical results show the knowledge gap related to identification the nature of the relationship between Proximity Strategy and Knowledge Bases.

Moreover, the practical results show the significant and positive of Proximity Strategy on Knowledge Bases.
