Abstract EN

The study aimed to develop a sugested proposal for a center of entrepreneurship at Shaqra University in the light of the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030.

The study used the descriptive survey method in monitoring the literatures related to the topic of entrepreneurship such as its definition, pholosphey, the entrepreneurial university, the most important courses and teaching methods provided.

The study used A questionnaire applied to a random sample of staff members reached (387) members of Shaqra University.

The study concluded that there is great agreement to establish an Entrepreneurship Center at Shaqra University with high arithmetic averages in all aspects of proposal, that included the vision and mission, the strategic plan, the philosophy, objectives, the acceptance and selection policy, the organizational structure, the center's staff members, the curriculum, the teaching methods, the evaluation.
