This is a research on (the relationship between grammar and jurisprudence in the Book of the Dispensation in the Exception by Al- Qarafi (t: 684 E)), and it is represented in the book of dispensation in general and its last sections that deal in particular with the close relationship between grammar and jurisprudence.
Many of these sections are based on language, grammar, and grammarians' opinions.
Therefore, this close relationship between both sciences, which was clearly reflected in the Book of Al-Qarafi, May God rest his soul, “The Dispensing in the Exception, grabbed my attention.
