This study deals with the study and analysis of the legalization of the pre-marital medical examination and its role in achieving the purposes of the Shari'ah.

It may be from the preamble and the three studies and the conclusion.

The preamble includes the definition of the medical examination and the legitimate purposes.

The first topic is the legalization of the medical examination before marriage.

The third section deals with the statements of contemporary scholars in the obligation to perform pre-marital medical examinations between those who are obligatory and obligatory‘ The conclusion is the most important conclusions and recommendations .
