Abstract EN

The agricultural sector as an important economic sector of the national economy with its food security, or with its contribution of national income support, Algeria has pushed for an agricultural policy based on funding for this sector with the aim of improving economic conditions and social workers, increase production and improve productivity by plant and animal, and achieve food security.

During the period 2000-2014, the agricultural development strategy included several programmers and plans, notably the economic recovery scheme, the growth support scheme and the five-year plan.

The aim of this intervention is to diagnose the reality of agricultural finance in Algeria during the period 2000-2014, its impact on agriculture development, as well as its assessment through obstacles to its application, and to propose some possible solutions.
