Abstract EN

The present study aimed mainly to develop a proposed vision for security responsibility development to university students in the light of basics of Islamic education.

A descriptive research method was adopted to investigate the definition of security and it's importance in the Islamic legislative, definition, characteristics of security responsibility in the light of basics of Islamic education, justifications of development, and the role of the University in developing security responsibility as represented in the following aspects of the university role: management, Professors, Curricula, students' activities.

Additionally, it explored the basics of Islamic education such as the belief, worship, legislative, moral, and scientific basis.
