Abstract EN

The current research was based on the descriptive approach to the analysis of reality، literature and previous studies.

The research tools were the opinion of the expert arbitrators in the field of educational technology to determine the validity of the preliminary list of educational and technical standards for the production of E-Learning Activities-Based.

The results of the research revealed the existence of nine (9) criteria.

Each criterion consists of a set of indicators that help achieve this goal.

and total of all criteria equal sixty-eight (68) indicators.

The study recommended the application of these standards in the design and production of E-Learning Activities-Based generally and for Educable Mental Disabilities In particular، as well as the continuous development of these standards to cope with technological developments.
