Abstract EN

The research aimed at investigating the effective of Generative Learning Strategy in teaching Math for developing Mathematical Imagination and Life Skills among 2^th year preparatory students in Assiut.

The research sample comprised (82) students, divided into two groups: the control group and the experimental one.

After carrying out the research experiment, the following study instruments were administered: Mathematical Imagination test (recall mental image –mental transformation – recombination), Mathematical problem solving (life Skills) Test and Decision Making Scale.

The results revealed the effective of Generative Learning Strategy in developing Mathematical Imagination, Mathematical problem solving skills and Decision Making.
