The research aimed to set appropriate skills of verbal mathproblem solving of the ninth grade female students, identify verbal mathproblem solving obstacles, and present a remedial program of the solution obstacles.

To achieve that, the deceptive approach used, and a diagnostic test prepared for identifying verbal mathproblem solving obstacles, applied on random sample (600) ninth grade female students at Aseer's Educational Province during the second academic semester 1435AH/2014AD. The results included an appropriate list of verbal mathproblem solving skills (understanding, planning, carrying out, and evaluation), and solution obstacles, which sorted between high, medium, below and none; centralized between medium and below.

In addition, a remedial program of solution obstacles, and some recommendations were presented.
