The issue of research has specified that data addressing recovery of vital capacity of lungs in vertical position of an anaerobic effort after a minute and a half in particular is considered imperfect and non-agreed on, or even hasn’t been researched yet.

Moreover, studies that touched upon systolic and diastolic blood pressure, rate of pulse, and body temperature in vertical position after a minute and a half of an anaerobic effort are deemed very few and divergent.

The goal of research is to discover the responses of vital capacity, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, rate of pulse, and temperature of body center after a minute and a half of recovery in both of vertical and horizontal positions.

As well as to compare responses of functional variables between two post- tests regarding recovery in both vertical and horizontal positions.

Researcher has assumed that there have been intangible differences in the responses of functional variables between pre and post tests for an anaerobic effort after a minute and a half of recovery in a vertical as well as horizontal position.

Has also assumed that there have been intangible differences in the responses of functional variables of recovery between a two post-tests in vertical and horizontal positions.
