Abstract EN

The study aimed to known the impact of the leadership in its dimensions (selfconfidence, future vision, recognition as a tool for change, and sensitivity to environmental constraints) in reducing the organizational conflict among the employees of the Jordanian private hospitals in the Northern Region.

The questionnaire was used as a key tool for data collection.

The study sample consisted of (216) workers of all levels.

To achieve the objectives of the study, three main hypotheses were tested.

And follow the descriptive analytical approach to obtain results The results of the test indicated that: The level of the practice of inspirational driving was at an average level of assessment.

And that the level of organizational conflict among workers has reached a high level of appreciation.

The impact of the inspiring leadership (future vision, sensitivity to environmental constraints) has the effect of reducing the organizational conflict among Jordanian private hospital staff.

The study presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: Urging hospital management to effectively address environmental constraints that have a positive impact on the employees' behavior by motivating them through financial and moral rewards as well as showing justice in dealing with them to avoid potential conflicts.
