The study was designed to identify the effect of the sauna on the level of stem cells and some physiological variables of some athletes as a means of hospitalization.

The study sample consisted of (6) swimmers who were selected by deliberate method from the research community.

The sample was randomized into two equal groups, experimental group 3and exploratory group 3) , And the researchers used the experimental method because of its suitability to the nature of the research.

The results of the study showed that the hospital sauna has improved the physiological variables (pulse and level of lactic acid and creatinine Caenzin), and recommend that researchers use the hospital The athletes
