Abstract EN

This research consist of a study and verification of the manuscript: (Book in inheritance).

By the Mufti in Makkah, named as Sheikh Mohammed Abed bin Hussein al-Maliki al- Makki who died in (1341 h), in which he spoke about the provisions of inheritance in Islamic jurisprudence.

The researcher did not see any publication nor unpacking of academic verification on the manuscript.

Furthermore, the research consists of two parts, a study part and a verification part.

The study part focuses on the introduction of the Author and an introduction of the manuscript.

Whereas the verification part focuses on the context of the verifier of the manuscript, overall, the research enhanced on many progressive outcomes that are valuable in the field of this research.
