Abstract EN

This study dealt with an important topic and a file of large files that attract the interest of many researchers in various fields such as economics, politics and sociology, namely the subject of vocational training and specifically the dynamics of vocational training and regional development in Algeria, through which we tried to identify the most important disciplines The programs of vocational training adopted by the State, and revealed the extent of their contribution to advancing development at the level of the province of Souk-Ahras.

Vocational training in this modern age has become the focus of debate and interest of many countries, because of its social importance The economic and benefits to society have a general footprint, especially since any organization of any kind has one real resource is the human who moves the other factors or other resources.

The fact that this study is a subsequent study of previous studies (vocational training between the orientations of the official discourse and the needs of the labor market, the strategy of vocational training and job requirements, vocational training and labor market policy in Algeria, vocational training and productive efficiency ....) in this area (training Vocational training), a starting point for a later study (the reality of vocational training in Algeria, graduates of vocational training between training and employment, vocational training and labor market needs, outputs of vocational training and labor market inputs in Algeria ...).

Available, according to a systematic methodology Our perception of the field to build this study, based on a central question, that: Can the vocational training cope with the economic transformations of the Algerian labor market? The study concluded that – Vocational training has become a vicious circle as a solution to school failure on the one hand and the other does not attract demand.

– The rate of integration of graduates of vocational training in the labor market is low.

– The absence of the relationship between vocational training and the world of work, the latter does not follow the wishes of employers.
