This article aims to shed light on aspects of social life in the Algerian countryside "Rural Algeria" during the Ottoman era "Osmani age".

That is through travel books; Foods & Drinks as a pattern which is in vogue.

In an attempt to highlight the characteristics of this social phenomenon by shedding light of what Moroccan travel books have revealed.

This research paper concluded by emphasizing the multiple social peculiarities that characterized Algerian society throughout the ages.

These peculiarities that defined intermingling and diversity during those eras.

The Ottoman era was not a heresy for those eras, as it clearly knew the emergence and crystallization of multiple aspects of social identity.
