Abstract EN

Through this study, we have tried to know the impact of ethical leadership behavior on the application of governance principles in Skikda public banks.

To achieve the objective of the study, we adopted the descriptive approach and developed a questionnaire as a tool for collecting preliminary data from the sample study, which included (64) research, where they were randomly selected, and after the recall we found that (58) only a questionnaire was valid for study.

The study found a moderate agreement on the availability of ethical leadership dimensions as well as the application of governance principles in the banks under study, that there is a statistically significant effect on the ethical leadership dimensions of governance application and that this effect is reflected in the availability of ethical behavior and the promotion of ethical behavior.
