There were conflicting views on the term rhetoric in the rhetorical heritage books, which dealt with many concepts and visions about rhetoric and its foundations, which led to a difference of philosophical, linguistic and monetary references on the control of a clear and precise concept of the term.

In our hands is one of the scholars of rhetoric who became known in the seventh century AH, Hazem Carthaginian, who considered rhetoric as a whole science based on a system of terms such as proportionality, systems and style.

The question is how did the context and concept of rhetoric come in the context of these terms and the location of rhetoric?
