Abstract EN

This study aimed to provide a global and integrated vision about the contribution of human resources information system applications to improve the organization's sustainable performance, through the analysis of this contribution within three basic dimensions related to economic, social and environmental performance.

The study concluded that the applications of human resources information systems improve the sustainable performance of the enterprise, through the quality of the information obtained, and the degree of adaptation to all requirements included, such as the valuation of intellectual capital, the enhancement of economic performance, the application of a quality approach and the achievement of human resources information system ethics
