Abstract EN

The study of consumer satisfaction with Islamic banks has attracted the attention of a large number of researchers.

Following a literature review, this research presents the main results of the work carried out in this field, our study analyzes the satisfaction of the Algerian customer and their level of awareness of the Islamic banking offer and the financial formulas applied.

A sample of 480 Algerian respondents was selected.

Respondents expressed satisfaction with some services and dissatisfaction with a few.

And they indicate that they do not know most of the Islamic financial formulas applied.

L'étude de la satisfaction des consommateurs à l'égard des banques islamiques a retenu l'attention d'un nombre important de chercheurs.

À l'issue d'une revue de la littérature, cette recherche fait état des principaux résultats des travaux réalisés dans ce domaine, notre étude sert à analyser la satisfaction du client algérien et son niveau de sensibilisation à l'égard de l'offre bancaire islamique et les formules financières appliquées.

Un échantillon de 480 répondants algériens a été sélectionné.

Les répondants ont exprimé leur satisfaction à l'égard de certains services et leur mécontentement à l'égard de quelques-uns.

Et ils indiquent qu'ils ne connaissent pas la plupart des formules financières islamiques appliquées.
