Although the Investment as well as Money and Credit laws give several legal guarantees to foreign investors in the context of their practice of banking activity within the national territory, there is a corresponding set of restrictions imposed on them during all stages of the investment banking project, Which has negative impact on the foreign Direct Investment in Algeria.
