استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على أسباب تغيب أساتذة الثانوية عن الدوام الرسمي في ولاية سعيدة.
و لتحقيق ذلك تم تطوير استبيان مكون من 39 عبارة توزعت على 9 محاور.
و طبقت هذه الدراسة على عينة شملت 155 أستاذ و أستاذة.
و بعد تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج 3 Smart PLS في النمذجة بالمعادلات الهيكلية توصلت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أن العوامل المهنية (الوضع الداخلي-الوضع المهني) تساهم في التغيب عن العمل و كذلك العوامل الشخصية و الخارجية (الوضع الصحي-الوضع الشخصي-الوضع الخارجي) تساهم هي أيضا في ظاهرة التغيب.
Abstract EN
The purpose of the study was to investigate the reasons of teachers' absenteeism from secondary schoolin the city of Saida.
To achieve this objective, a questionnaire of 39 items was developed, the items were divided into 9 axes.
The sample of this study consisted of 155 male and female teachers.
The data were analyzed using Smart PLS 3 program in structural equations modeling and the results indicate that factors related to the profession (internal conditions of school- profession conditions) contribute to absenteeism, As well as personal and external factors (health conditions-personal conditions- external conditions) contribute to the phenomenon of absenteeism.
