The following study aims to investigate the value of Green Sukuk as a financing tool for climate change projects.

These Sukuk provide the mobilization of appropriate funds to establish these projects.

Green Sukuk help bridging the funding gap needed for these projects.

Therefore, the Indonesian experiment was taken into consideration in this analysis, as it was the world's first sovereign Green Sukuk.

It aimed to provide the necessary funding to achieve its climate change agenda and thus achieve the sustainable development goals.
