This study aims to highlight the available areas for the peaceful use of nuclear energy in the "El Dabaa" project in Egypt, such as generating electricity and desalinating sea water, and peaceful industrial uses, such as establishing new industries, creating interlocks between industries, and also the positive impact on employment and gross domestic product.

However, there are many challenges facing the peaceful use of nuclear energy, the most important are the high cost of constructing and operating nuclear reactors, the time for construction and operation, and the safe disposal of waste.

The study concluded that the project could be financed with a loan according to a short-term timeline and a comprehensive plan to contain and manage potential risks
