Abstract EN

This study aims to determine the professional ethics role in activating corporate governance, by applying an exploratory survey study for a sample of 140 administrative employees of Biskra municipality, using the descriptive analytical approach.

The study concluded that the current municipal council isn't generally accepting the applied policies and procedures in term of fulfillment of items included in the submitted program and the integrity degree in implementing and sticking to the agreed programs.

However, there is appositive relationship between professional ethics and corporate governance where the ethical side is related to human nature or actions and treatments of the institutions managements towards all parties such as integrity, commitment and fulfillment of promises which considered one of the bases of judging on the corporate system quality in different institutions.
