Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the role of the strategic manager in crisis management at the laghouat Mills corporation, considering that the strategic manager is the axis on which the strategic management is based ; the descriptive approach and the statistical program spss were used as a tool for data collection and analysis on a sample of 60 managers in the laghouat Mills corporation and we found that there is an influence of the strategic manager on crisis management at a level of 0.05 significance, and the study concluded that the strategy should be adopted with training courses provided for leaders, and that the strategic alternatives include solutions to the expected crises
