The issues of expanding access to finance and financial services in the Arab countries are gaining additional importance.

The Arab region occupies the lowest position among regions and regional groups in terms of various ratios and indicators of financial inclusion.

On the other hand, recent events and developments in the Arab region have highlighted the great need to develop economic strategies and policies aimed at achieving a more inclusive growth of the various sectors of society and especially business sector that will help to address the problems of unemployment and promote social justice.

There is no doubt that it is important to enhance access to financial services and financial coverage within these strategies and policies.
