Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the role of organizational conflict management strategies in establishing the ethics of administrative work in sports management from the point of view of its employees.

The researcher used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the study.

The study included 30 workers in the Directorate of Youth and Sports for the state of Bordj Bou Arreridj, (Ibrahim Abdel Fattah Zouhdi Issa 2009), and the researcher reached the following conclusions: - Collaboration strategy has a role in stabilizing management work ethics in the Sport management.

- Accommodation strategy has a role in stabilizing management work ethics in the Sport management - Compromise staregy has a role in stabilizing management work ethics in the Sport management.

- Competitive strategy has no role in stabilizing management work ethics in the Sport management.

- Avoidant strategy has no role in stabilizing management work ethics in the sport management.
