Jurisprudence rules are the foundations, colleges, and incubators for the diaspora of jurisprudence and its scattered issues, as well as an intellectual and methodological endeavor to control the discourse of jurisprudence.

this paper has sought to provide a contribution to the system of jurisprudential rules, by drafting a jurisprudential rule whose applications are not limited to the areas of worship only, but also to the field and fields of transactions.

the base also has been exposed in the folds of its applications to the unknown branches, and impossible; it is an important production for the jurists because of the difficulty of judging the unknown they have.

in the conclusion of our paper, we must point out two conclusions: the first is that this rule has been based on clear texts that confirm its evidence, which confirms its reliability and firmness.

and the other is that this rule was based on a short form consisting of four words: the indefinite ones in which the estimations are required: and the shortening of the formula of the rule is an important thing for the jurists.
